An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our New Build Shared Ownership – Completions team based in Canterbury.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and will be confident in communicating with people face to face, on the telephone and also via email. You will have great IT skills and be comfortable in using our case management system (training will be provided).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Legal Cashier to join our Central Services team as soon as possible. This role covers 8.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday and is located at our head office in Canterbury.

Business Development & Marketing Assistant | Canterbury | £17,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join our Business Development and Marketing team based in Canterbury. This role covers Monday to Friday, 8.30am -17.00 and is inclusive of an hour lunch break.

The Business Development and Marketing team will be continuing to work flexibly both in the office and remotely as the team deals with external business referrers, visit sites and travels to both meetings and events. There may be a possibility of the successful candidate attending events or meetings with the team.  Events may take place in the evening or at weekends in which case overtime or toil would be pre-authorised.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who wishes to be part of a successful legal practice in central Birmingham.  We are looking for a Case Officer to join our new team as soon as possible.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fee Earner to join our Residential and Resales department in our Birmingham office.  This role will cover 37.5 hours per week, 8.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday inclusive of an hour lunch break.

As Fee Earner, you will ensure the team consistently delivers a high standard of work to meet the needs of our client and work providers within agreed timescales. Experience of running conveyancing cases essential, as well as leasehold experience.

Our Central Services team based in the Canterbury office is looking for a Mail Operative & Receptionist working Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm. As Mail Operative & Receptionist you will support the Firm by regularly delivering legal documents in a timely manner to ensure optimal efficiency. You will also provide a high standard of customer service in supporting our front of house, answering and directing calls to the appropriate people.

This a varied, interesting role and therefore no two days tend to be the same, so you will need to adopt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Solicitor to join us in our Canterbury office. This role covers Monday to Friday, 8:30 -17:00.

If you are an ambitious graduate with excellent administration skills, customer service skills, a professional manner and would like to progress in the legal profession, this role may be for you.  The right candidate will be provided with full training and ongoing support during their tenure to progress to Solicitor level and beyond.

Candidates must have passed their Legal Practice Course (LPC) or are in the process of sitting their final LPC exams this summer. Though legal work experience is desirable, it is not essential.
