Case Officer | Birmingham | £18,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Case Officer to join our New Build Shared Ownership team based in Birmingham.

As a Case Officer you will play an important part in ensuring the team consistently delivers a high standard of work to meet the needs of our clients and work providers within agreed timescales. To be considered for the role you will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A – C or equivalent and have an interest in developing a career in the legal environment. Completions Officer | Canterbury | £17,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Completions Officer to join our Staircasing team.  This role covers 8.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday and is located at our head office based in Canterbury.

The role will involve dealing directly with clients, housing associations and their solicitors, mortgage companies, brokers, the Land Registry and the Inland Revenue on the telephone and by email and post. Knowledge of the conveyancing process and experience of working within a conveyancing environment is required, either from a Paralegal level or experienced secretary level.

Data Entry Assistant | Canterbury | £17,500

We are looking to recruit a Data Entry Assistant to join the New Business team based in Canterbury. This is a permanent position covering full time hours, 8.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday.

To be considered for the role you will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs A – C or equivalent. Previous office experience is not necessary as we will provide you with full training, however it is essential that you have lots of enthusiasm, a desire to provide an excellent service and most importantly are prepared to work hard to support the team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fee Earner to join our Birmingham office. This role will cover 37.5 hours per week, 8.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday inclusive of an hour lunch break.

Experience of running conveyancing cases essential, as well as leasehold experience.  As Fee Earner, you will ensure the team consistently delivers a high standard of work to meet the needs of our client and work providers within agreed timescales. You will provide procedural and legal guidance to case officers and administration assistants.

Fee Earner | Canterbury | £Competitive

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Canterbury office for a Fee Earner in our Wills and Trusts department, working Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm.

Each month we act for nearly 1,000 conveyancing clients, many of whom are unmarried couples who are receiving gifts to help with their deposit. A large part of this role will involve the provision of legal guidance as to the best form of joint ownership and discuss the importance of wills, trusts and powers of attorney to help clients understand and proceed in the best way for them, and by so doing will generate work for the department.

Fee Earner Assistant | Canterbury | £17,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Canterbury office for a Fee Earner Assistant in our Residential and Resales team, working Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm.

Responsibilities will include managing an administrative workload under the guidance of a Fee Earner, providing administrative support to Fee Earners by opening files, telephone management, filing, photocopying, email management and dealing with general day to day correspondence.  Previous legal admin experience, preferably in conveyancing is desirable but not essential.

We are looking to recruit a Quotations Assistant to join the New Business team based in Canterbury. This is a permanent position covering full time hours, 8.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday.

As a member of the team your main responsibilities will be providing quotes and other information to potential clients, filing and other administrative tasks, producing correspondence, liaising with external organisations and other departments within the firm, as well as any other ad hoc tasks.

Trainee Compliance Officer | Wells | £18,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Compliance Officer to join our Wells team as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to provide proactive and professional administrative and compliance services to the firm, specifically in relation to new files being opened and proving source of funds from our clients.
