Administration Assistant | Canterbury | £17,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our New Build Shared Ownership – Completions team based in Canterbury. You will play an important part in ensuring the team consistently delivers a high standard of work to meet the needs of the client and also our work providers.

Our team works to strict deadlines therefore the ability to effectively prioritise your workload and stay calm under pressure is essential.

Administration Assistant | Canterbury | £17,500 pro rata

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Administration Assistant to join our Post Completions team based in Canterbury. This role covers 08.30 – 17.00, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and is inclusive of a one hour lunch break (22.5 hours per week).

The purpose of this role is to support the team in the effective delivery of client service in a timely manner, as well as administering daily work to a high standard and to make an excellent contribution to the final success of the team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fee Earner Assistant to join our Residential and Resales team based in our Canterbury office. This role covers 08.30 – 17.00, Monday to Friday and is inclusive of a one hour lunch break.

You will be dealing directly with clients, developers, housing associations and their solicitors, estate agencies, mortgage companies and brokers. Experience of running conveyancing cases essential, as well as leasehold experience.  As Fee Earner, you will ensure the team consistently delivers a high standard of work to meet the needs of our client and work providers within agreed timescales. Trainee Compliance Officer | Wells | £18,500

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Compliance Officer to join our Wells team as soon as possible.

The purpose of this role is to provide proactive and professional administrative and compliance services to the firm, specifically in relation to new files being opened and proving source of funds from our clients. As a member of the team your role will be to assist in the processing of identification and financial documents from clients both new and existing. Full training will be provided.
